Meet Jill Allen; Weaver of Feminine Wisdom, Bridge between Worlds, Founder of Wild Sovereignty
I believe there is an ancient intelligence within each of us—a wisdom that knows how to bring us home to ourselves.
For much of our modern lives, we have been taught to look outside ourselves for the answers. We have become disconnected from our bodies, our instincts, the natural world, the animals, our cyclical rhythms, and often from our own direct relationship with the Divine.
My work was born from a longing to remember another way.
A way of living rooted in relationship - with ourselves, with one another, with Mother Earth, with the animals and plants, with the cosmos, and with the sacred mystery that moves through all of life.

Why This Work Matters
My work weaves together feminine spirituality, energy healing, Reiki, flower and animal essences, sacred drumming, embodied movement, Astrology, animal wisdom, Earth-based practices, ritual, and intuitive soul work.
But beneath all of these practices is something much simpler:
Remembering.
- Remembering who we are.
- Remembering the body as sacred.
- Remembering our intuition as intelligence.
- Remembering our inherent worth.
- Remembering our relationship with the living Earth
Remembering that spirituality does not have to exist somewhere outside of us - it can be experienced through our bodies, through nature, through animals, through relationship, and through the ordinary sacredness of being alive.
My vision for Wild Sovereignty reaches beyond individual healing.
I believe many of the crises we are experiencing - in ourselves, our relationships, our communities, our treatment of animals, and our relationship with Mother Earth - share a deeper wound: disconnection.
We have forgotten that we belong to one another.
We have forgotten that we belong to the Earth.
We have forgotten that animals and the natural world are not simply resources or property, but living beings with whom we share this planet.
We have forgotten the intelligence of the body and the sacredness of the Feminine.
And perhaps most profoundly, we have forgotten our own sacred nature.
home to your wild.
I envision a world in which we remember.
A world where women no longer have to abandon their bodies, intuition, desires, voices, or wildness in order to belong.
A world where the Feminine is restored to her rightful place - not above the Masculine and not beneath it, but alongside it in sacred relationship.
A world where animals are treated as sentient beings, companions, teachers, and fellow inhabitants of this Earth. A world where healing includes the body, heart, soul, community, animals, plants, land, and Spirit.
A world where ancient wisdom and modern understanding can meet rather than compete.
And a world where spirituality is no longer separated from everyday life.
